Fitness Equipment and some Fitness Exercise Contrary Views

How can individuals have such a wide ranging view about fitness equipment and some fitness exercise connotations? You meet individuals who seem to occupy half their lives keeping toned in the form of a hobby, sports, recreation, fitness equipment or some other genre of fitness exercise. You also meet individuals who shiver at the word "exercise machine" and will do almost anything to miss using any form of fitness exercise related equipment. Then there are the majority in the middle who aim to add some form of activity to their weekly lives. The activity does not necessarily have to include fitness equipment and exercise machines; it could just mean a vigorous walk to the shop, station, or work.
The daily fitness exercise could be looking after the kids, housework and basic chores around the house. You may only locate time at the weekends for a cycle or a game of golf. Considering all the various types of fitness equipment e.g. treadmill, cross trainer, exercise bike, multi gym and waterrower and the fitness exercise options e.g. yoga, Pilates, fitness/dance DVD's Vibration exercise machines, ijoy machines, etc it is interesting to see how things can be viewed so differently. Sports equipment e.g. tennis racket, badminton racket and squash racket can also be viewed as fitness exercise. You do not need to use the traditional fitness equipment to become active and fit. Cycling is another fine example of a fantastic exercise machine. So, whether it is a recreational sport, hobby game or some serious fitness equipment it is interesting to see how one can view the fitness exercise so differently.
We all seem to be demonstrating some form of active movement in our weekly lives at different levels and intensities. A lot of people who like fitness equipment and spend a lot of time achieving some form of fitness exercise also profit from the physiological side of things. The inborn high secreted from the endorphins. Also the character building and social side of things are significant. The individuals who dislike fitness equipment and fitness exercise may have endured negative links to exercise in some shape or form, maybe at school. It may also be viewed at as vain and pointlessly competitive. How you think is how you feel is how you act! Maybe there is too much over-generalisation and black-and-white thinking. Whatever your stand there is a fun, healthy, social, recreational or spiritual fitness exercise in whatever your perceived Fitness Equipment is!
